THE PRODUCERS
Six companies that produce extra virgin olive oil from monocultures, among the best in Italy. Six young and talented producers who interpret a system of cultivation and production aimed at quality: Agraria Riva del Garda from Trentino-Alto Adige, Frantoio Franci from Tuscany, Azienda Agraria Viola from Umbria, Olearia San Giorgio from Calabria, Mimì from Apulia and Frantoi Cutrera from Sicily.
THE OILS OF THE CONSORTIUM
The best monocultivars, carefully selected, produce six elegant oils of varying intensity and with very precise and distinctive characteristics and personality. From golden yellow to the most intense green, they contain in every drop the skill and passion of those who made it.
THE ARTBOX
Practical and clear packaging, easy to use and with an innovative design, contains six 100 ml bottles of monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, sorted by intensity. The artbox also contains two useful leaflets. One suggests pairings between the oils of the Consortium and the most appetizing recipes; the other describes the characteristics of the oils and their producers through an original poster.
