Right of cancellation

For hygiene and customer protection reasons, the right of cancellation does not apply to food products purchased on the store.agririva.it website, as they cannot be returned to Agraria Riva del Garda and put back on the market without hazards to consumers’ health.

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, such products qualifying as foodstuffs, inappropriate preservation may also cause their properties and qualities to be altered.
