TRENTODOC METODO CLASSICO SPARKLING WINE

Brezza Riva is a Trentodoc Metodo Classico brut sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes and a small portion of Pinot Noir. Its vineyards are cultivated in the most suitable areas for the production on of Trentodoc.

GRAPE VERIETY USED

85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir.

THE ORIGIN

The deep straw yellow nectar with a fine, persistent perlage is obtained from medium-high hillside areas, the best for sparkling wine production.

THE STYLE

Brezza Riva Millesimato captivates the nose with a fine, elegant bouquet resulting from the long maturation on the lees with notes of pineapples and acacia honey. In the mouth it is full-bodied, savoury and quite fresh. Beautiful and long aromatic persistence.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Serve at 8 °C. (46-50°F)

Keep in a cool place, away from light and heat sources.
