Continue with the queen of pasta dishes, Felicetti pasta, produced in the heart of the Dolomites and synonymous with excellent raw materials since 1908. The exclusive recipe of our gastronomic experts proposes the organic variety of monograno Matt pasta combined with wild boar sauce from Alpe Magna, which produces sauces and dressings in the Trentino tradition.

Complete the dish with a drizzle of 46º Parallelo Blend olive oil, which will enhance the flavours even more, and pair with our organic Merlot – Trentino DOC from the “Vista Lago” line, perfect with meat sauces.

The final stop is sweet and refined, just like your hospitality: the compote made with Susina di Dro DOP, typical of the Alto Garda Trentino region, is paired with “Cuori” biscuits by Prada, the oldest biscuit factory in Trentino that has made its shortbread “hearts” a handmade product recognised everywhere.
