Elderflower and dark chocolate shortbread biscuits. Elderflower flowers give hints of freshness that intertwine with the warm aromatic notes of dark chocolate, emphasising the elegant rusticity of the yellow flour from Trentino.

Prada Biscotti is the oldest biscuit factory in Trentino, founded in 1920 by Alice and Cesare Prada. Their iconic “Cuori” (heart-shaped biscuits) have gained renown over time to the point of becoming “the biscuits of Trentino”, which is why Agraria Riva del Garda has selected them for you. An authentic delicacy that represents the tradition and quality craftsmanship of Trentino.
