Ingredients of the pastry (85%): wheat flour, butter, raisin 11%, fresh egg yolk free-range, water, cane sugar, candied apples 7%, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), grape must 2% (50% Moscato Giallo e 50% Gewürztraminer, contains sulphites), honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, powdered sugar, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods).

Icing ingredients (15%): sugar, water, almonds 12%, almonds flour 5%, rice flour, egg white, olive oil, corn starch, flavourings.

May contain traces of other nuts, soy and mustard.
