The starred chef has chosen our sparkling wine Brezza Riva as an ingredient of honour in his new drink “La Busa”, which will be available for tasting during the days of the “Trentodoc sul Lago di Garda” event.

An aperitif based on Dro plum puree and classic method sparkling wine. A daring combination? Not at all, if it was conceived by the creative flair of Peter Brunel. Of course, the quality of the ingredients also plays its part: it is therefore not surprising that the guest of honour in the surprising drink will be our Brezza Riva classic method sparkling wine, which was in the spotlight last June thanks to the immersion of its “Riserva” version in Lake Garda.

“La Busa”—this is the name of the aperitif—will be available at our tasting area in via San Nazzaro 4 during the days of the “Trentodoc sul Lago di Garda” event (3-6 September) and only from 6 to 8 pm. We recommend booking: call 342 146 3627 for availability.

Attention! “La Busa” is an exclusive of Agraria di Riva del Garda, the only other place where you can find the aperitif is at Peter Brunel’s restaurant in Arco from 3 to 6 September, where it will be offered in combination with a special menu inspired by the Trentodoc.
