Prada Biscotti is the oldest biscuit factory in Trentino, founded in 1920 by Alice and Cesare Prada. Their iconic “Cuori” (heart-shaped biscuits) have gained renown over time to the point of becoming “the biscuits of Trentino”, which is why Agraria Riva del Garda has selected them for you. An authentic delicacy that represents the tradition and quality craftsmanship of Trentino.

Wheat flour type ’00’, sugar, shea vegetable butter, sunflower vegetable oil, dark chocolate 16.44% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), chestnut flour 5.14%, fresh eggs 3.29%, fresh milk from Trentino-Alto Adige 2.05%, rice flour, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates, wheat flour), flavourings, salt.

May contain almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, lupine, sesame, soy, spices.
