Ingredienti della pasta (85%): farina di frumento, “Susina di Dro DOP” candita 21,9% (prugne, zucchero, sciroppo di glucosio), tuorlo d’uovo fresco da galline allevate all’aperto, acqua, olio extra vergine di oliva 6,8%, zucchero di canna, lievito madre naturale (farina di frumento, acqua), miele Italiano, emulsionanti: mono e di gliceridi degli acidi grassi, sale, aroma naturale (bacche di vaniglia). Ingredienti della glassa (15%): zucchero, albume d’uovo fresco da galline allevate all’aperto, mandorle, olio di oliva, farina di riso, farina di mandorle, farina di armelline. Prodotto in uno stabilimento in cui si lavora anche altra frutta secca a guscio, latte e soia.

Ingredients of the icing (15%): sugar, fresh eggwhites from free-range hens, almonds, olive oil, rice flour, almondsflour, apricot Kernel flour. Produced in a factory that also uses other nuts, milk and soy.

Ingredients of the pastry (84%): wheat flour, candied “Dro Plum P.D.O” 21% (plum, sugar, glucose syrup), fresh egg yolk freerange, water, extra virgin olive oil 8%, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), milled candied orange peels 3% (orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods).
Icing ingredients (16%): sugar, water, almonds 12%, almonds flour 5%, rice flour, egg white, olive oil, corn starch, flavourings.

May contain traces of nuts, soy, milk and mustard.
