Brezza Riva Millesimato 2018 is a Classic Method Trentodoc Brut sparkling wine made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards best suited to the production of Trentodoc.

VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS
Seasonal performance The 2018 vintage was characterized by a cold winter extending until mid-April, delaying vine budding by about ten days. The season then continued optimally with above-average temperatures and well-distributed rainfall, allowing harvest to begin slightly early. From the start of harvest until late September there was no rainfall, allowing the
grapes to ripen perfectly while maintaining perfect integrity.
Vineyard location In the best zones for sparkling wine production. Vineyards are selected annually based on seasonal conditions.
Grape variety 100% Chardonnay.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Vintage 2018.
Disgorgement May 3, 2025.
Ageing 72 months of bottle on lees.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Perlage Very fine and persistent.
Colour Deep straw yellow.
Aroma Fine and elegant bouquet, mainly due to long ageing on the lees, with notes of dried fruit, pineapple and acacia honey.
Flavour Full, savoury and fairly fresh on the palate. Beautifully long aromatic persistence.
