VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS

Grape variety used Moscato Giallo.
Location of the vineyards The variety gives the best results in valley floor or hill vineyards up to 300 m above sea level on soils with a significant limestone component.
Training system The traditional Trentino Pergola is almost exclusively used.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Harvest Careful green management in the vineyard with timely thinning, if necessary, ensures grape yields per unit area within the limits set by the production regulations. The harvest usually starts from mid-September, selecting the ripest, most flavorful, and healthiest clusters.
Vinification Usually, after grape crushing, a more or less prolonged maceration on the skins at low temperatures is carried out to enrich the must with the aromatic fraction, before pressing. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out starting from clarified musts.
Ageing Normally only in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Colour Bright straw yellow color.
Aroma Very intense and persistent, with pleasant aromatic notes that express the varietal typicity of the grape.
Flavour Round and balanced; pleasant and inviting for its sweet vein. Long aromatic persistence.

Alcohol 11% Vol.
Residual sugar Approximately 35 g/l.
Total acidity Approx. 6.00 g/l
Contains sulphites. Does not contain GMOs.

PAIRINGS

• Excellent as an aperitif
• Desserts, particularly Zelten and Strudel from the Trentino tradition.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Serve at 12 °C (54 °F).

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Store the bottle horizontally in a cool place between 10 and 16 °C (50-61 °F) and away from light.

AGEING POTENTIAL

Wine to be consumed immediately, preferably within two years following the harvest date.
