Strawberry and chocolate shortbread biscuits. The precious joy of the undergrowth, the strawberry, gives intriguing olfactory notes that alternate amiably with the enveloping fragrance of dark chocolate.

 

Prada Biscotti is the oldest biscuit factory in Trentino, founded in 1920 by Alice and Cesare Prada. Their iconic “Cuori” (heart-shaped biscuits) have gained renown over time to the point of becoming “the biscuits of Trentino”, which is why Agraria Riva del Garda has selected them for you. An authentic delicacy that represents the tradition and quality craftsmanship of Trentino.

Wheat flour type “00”, sugar, dark chocolate 19.10% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), shea butter, sunflower vegetable oil, fresh eggs, strawberry preparation 2.98% [fruit 1.40% (strawberry juice 0.53%, strawberry puree 0.42%, apple puree 0.38%, sour cherry juice 0.07%), fructose syrup, pectin], fresh milk from Trentino-Alto Adige 2.98%, rice flour, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates, wheat flour), natural flavouring, salt.

May contain almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, lupine, sesame, soy, spices.
