Prada Biscotti is the oldest biscuit factory in Trentino, founded in 1920 by Alice and Cesare Prada. Their iconic “Cuori” (heart-shaped biscuits) have gained renown over time to the point of becoming ‘the biscuits of Trentino’, which is why Agraria Riva del Garda has selected them for you. An authentic delicacy that represents the tradition and quality craftsmanship of Trentino.

Description

Chocolate chip biscuits. Ingredients: wheat flour type ’00’, sugar, palm vegetable fat, sunflower vegetable oil, dark chocolate 13.8% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), fresh eggs, whole milk powder, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates, wheat flour), salt.

May contain almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, lupine, sesame, soy, spices.

Try it with “Corte del Tipico” extra jams or together with a glass of our Rena – Trentino Superiore DOC – Late harvest.
