Carnaroli Rice – Acquerello (500 g)

Acquerello is a Carnaroli Superfino rice with unique characteristics, considered one of the best Italian rice varieties. It is made using a very delicate process to keep all the grains intact. The starch is kept stable thanks to an ageing period of at least one year. Furthermore, by means of a patented process, the bud is reabsorbed into the grain while maintaining the most valuable nutritional values of brown rice.
