WHY BIRGER?
The Birger project arises out of collaboration with the Norwegian illustrators’ group Birger’s Oter Utleie and the packaging for BioVegan wines is inspired by their interpretation of the northern part of Lake Garda. A visual expression that goes beyond wine and depicts work, vitality and cheer in a representation of our tradition and the innovation of modern vine-growing that respects its surrounding environment. Their art is the result of several creative minds that come together in impromptu performances and artistic installations where the pleasure of good drinking is decisive element in satisfying a creative pleasure.

VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS
Grape variety used 100% Merlot.
Location of the vineyards The vineyards are organically cultivated. They are located in terroirs perfectly suited to vine growing and the above varieties.
Training system Mainly Trentino pergola, but also more modern row
forms.
WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Merlot is a grapevine of French origin that adapts well to our territory, so much
so that for a long time it has been the most cultivated grape variety in Alto
Garda Trentino. It is a wine that gives fruity sensations of berries and spicy sensations of cocoa given by aging in wood. With good body and structure, it has a great harmony that makes it easy to drink.
